Client Responsibilities As a client, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Respond to communications in a timely manner Honor all bookings and commitments made through our services Maintain professional conduct with venues, event organizers, and audiences Comply with all applicable laws and regulations Notify us immediately of any scheduling conflicts or changes 3. Booking and Cancellations Bookings: All bookings arranged through Bee Managed Entertainment are subject to availability and mutual agreement between all parties. Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement Event cancellations by venues or organizers are subject to the terms of individual contracts We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) 4. Payment Terms Management fees and commission rates are specified in individual service agreements Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your contract Late payments may incur additional fees Clients are responsible for all taxes related to their income and services Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of invoice date 5. Intellectual Property You retain ownership of your original creative works, stage name, and likeness You grant Bee Managed Entertainment permission to use your name, image, and promotional materials for marketing and booking purposes We retain ownership of business materials, strategies, and proprietary processes developed by our company All contracts and agreements remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law 6. Liability and Indemnification Our Liability: We provide services with reasonable care and professionalism We are not liable for actions taken by third parties (venues, event organizers, audiences) We are not responsible for lost income due to cancellations, poor attendance, or circumstances beyond our control Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months Your Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold Bee Managed Entertainment harmless from claims arising from your performances, conduct, or breach of contract You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for your performances 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to: Keep sensitive business information confidential Not disclose contract terms, financial details, or proprietary strategies to third parties Protect personal and professional information shared during our relationship 8. Contract Duration and Termination Service agreements may be for fixed terms or ongoing relationships as specified in individual contracts Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice (typically 30-90 days as outlined in your agreement) Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled Some obligations (confidentiality, intellectual property) may survive termination 9.
